month repenting

I've prayed for over a month repenting for my sins and asking God for forgiveness. I took every precaution necessary but I still worry that my partner may be pregnant. I overthink about every possibility but I'm scared and I need assurance that God will comfort me and prevent a pregnancy. Please..🙏
