mnc certificate

Plz pray for my oet exam result.i wrote my exams on 25/07/2020. I had submitted my mnc certificate for name correction. Now it's 7months over but i don't get back my certificates. I tried to contact the office but nobody is responding to my call. Plz pray all of them
