mild chest discomfort

Hii sir praised da lord ..iam Radha sir by da God grace till now my health good but January last 3,weeks on wards iam suffering mild chest discomfort both hands from shoulder to toes,and both legs back hurting me a lot and also weakness ..and this month iam not get my regular menstural period...
