maximum shifts

Working in reputed company, initially I used to attend 3 shifts per week. It's a 12 hours shift. But now gradually they reduced my shifts to 2 days and this week there is no shift assigned to me. Me and my husband planned based on this. Kindly pray for me to get maximum shifts at work please...
