massive muscle spasms

Friends, PLEASE PRAY URGENTLY......I have massive muscle spasms going on in my abdomen and back.....it's all too tight, restrictive and painful.........please pray for this to stop all and muscles to loosen.......I'm really struggling......PLEASE PRAY
