many hurts feelings

I have been fighting this migraine for 7 hours now my meds seems not to work and I don’t wanna keep taking anymore meds. I have to many hurts feelings am dealing with I know that’s what causing it. Please father god you know the story. Also please give me wisdoms to go on and make things better...
