many health issues pls

i go through my 7th month second pregnancy period, I'm suffering a lot with so many health issues.. Pls pray for me to get rid off all the health issues and deliver a healthy baby at the right time... We have a boy 7yr old with gods grace.. Kindly pray me to bless with girl baby this time...
