manifesting major psychotic behavior

Please pray for Rosa Pretorius, my sister. She was diagnosed with manic depression and is currently manifesting major psycotic behaviour. She has meds prescribed on past Friday but refuses to take it. Please pray for ... whatever is needed to happen. Thanks Elna
