lubricating artificial tears

Jesus the neurologist did not do any MRI on my grandson as he's too young. Their main concern is the eye. We have to instill lubricating artificial tears in his left eye every 4 hourly to prevent it from drying. And we have to tape the eye as it doesn't close fully. Jesus have mercy on this...
