lower back upper neck

I need prayer badly for my neck to be healed. I would also like to be able to think clearly and also just be able to articulate my thoughts better. I am in such severe pain having been injured at work. I need prayer for both my neck and lower back. Upper neck is so bad due to the injury at work...
