lot ridicule

I am a man aged 50.I experience a lot of near success syndrome situations in my career.I been working for 16years at the same level with a lot riddicle and scorn.I sometimes have visits of a spiritual wife please help me with prayer,I know I will be set free to know who I am in the kingdom.
