My cousin Mary is not doing good at all. She is back in the ICU. She may have to go back on a ventilator but not yet. She has ALOT of fluid in her lungs, still has penumonia, Sepsis and her heart rate in 130s and should be around 90. She’s gasping to breath, her COPD is making all this harder on...
