loose stool

I am often loose motion going. Whenever i eat something i have loose stool daily iam more than 4 ,5 times. I am not at all rating non veg item , spice item, only curd rice only eating even though i have loose stool for more than one or two years i affecting in this suitation. Pls brother, sister...
