leaking drywall

Worried my lease wont get renewed in December. Having problems with the maintenance man. He wont come look at leaking drywall around AC in my vanity area. I think hes mad at me for prayers ive said for him and others. Not sure if he is a believer in Jesus Christ. Now i have been waitg 2 weeks 4...
