Please pray that RTU university of Latvia would refund my tuition fee. I have submitted all documents they have demanded. But they keep on delay it from their end. Please pray.

I applied for studies inn an university in Latvia. My visa got refused. They have to refund my tuition fee but they have not. Please pray that they will refund my tuition fee.
