    Wisdom how much to be on the sun

    No depression. Wisdom how much to be on the sun, since my period lasts although it should have stopped. I experienced heavier bleeding in the past if i was in hot area or on the sun Also how not to get red skin on the sun. I am on my summer vacations at the sea coast.

    Noisy neighbours

    Please pray that my young neighbours will stop being nosy. This lasts for couple of hours. Very loud talking, yelling, slaming with doors. Its 9.30 pm. Pray for peace in my building and for my good sweet sleep tonight.
