I been sitting here for the last 41/2 hours listening to my next door neighbor play extremely loud music, my nerves are out of control, if the music wasn't so loud my nerves would calm down, I'm always in prayer about it ,I'm asking for prayer warriors to joy me, this problem is baffling for me...
