kidney iga disease

I have been suffering from a kidney IgA disease for almost a year... I'm from a middle class family... But the cost of my medicine is high although there are no medicine yet to treat kidney completely... Nor do i have a job to feed myself.. Please pray for me in whatever way u think it's best...
