God Bless Everyone. Please pray for quiet from the unit above me. There are 4 adults and 3 children who are 1, 5 and 7 residing in 2 bedroom place. They allow the 5 year old to run, jump, stomp, bang toys on the ground till 11pm and later at night. They do not care that others reside below them...
