my Grandmother suffers frm a chronical diseaase which affects her joins

My 19 yr Old daughter have frequent bad dreams.she sees me (mother) in her dreams tormenting her. Suicidal thoughts and low self-esteem. She also have pains and swelling of joins for more than 5 years.
