jobless needs

I am having a hard time finding a job it's making me very stressed, depressed, and angry. It's my fault due to my social anxiety and lack of skills. Every time I applied I get rejected and ghosted and I ask when they are hiring they say no I get discouraged and upset. I haven't had not one...
