job bad environments

Please pray for me, I keep failing in my walk with the Lord, I been going to church, but I'm not someone who can just walk up to someone a start a conversation, outside of talking to people at past jobs, I'm unemployed now, I can't seem to keep a job, bad environments, I been alone for 10 years...
