jealous atmosphere

My 6mnts old Neice Jimer cries evry time. Every day. That also very loud, screams n cries, as if she's fallen down from bed got hurt like crying. Very loud crying. Neighbour also mite getting disturbed cos of her cry, they mite b thinking like if we had deed some thing to her like. Only crying...
