itchy ankles

Pls. help pray that my brother will have peace and will do exercises and get sunlight and sleep. He has been depressed and wanting to give up. He also has itchy ankles he may have diabetes. Also that my sisinlaw will soften her heart and my nephew will do exercises also as he is getting fat.
