intense urges

    Made a promise to arch angel Michael

    So 2 months ago heard a voice speak to me to give up cigs and I did..I made a promise to God and Archangel Michael to give up smoking Now I am getting intense urges and I really want to smoke. Is this a test? Scared that if I do it I will create bad luck as I prayed and promised to stop
