ill low hemoglobin thyroid chest discomfort

From past one and half month all of a sudden I'm being ill low hemoglobin, thyroid, chest discomfort, headaches, shortness of Breath, palpitations and very fatigue. And exactly don't know what's really happening 😭 Please pray for me excepting a desperate miracle from GOD
