ibs gastritis

I don't know what happen to me, I am suffering from IBS, Gastritis for the last 7 to 8 years. Sometimes and very often I suffer from anxiety, there is a fear in my heart that something is going to happen wrong and I cannot have food properly. Please pray for me.
