hypoallergenic cream shower gel meds

Recently started to have this problem and it worsen my sleep problem. I have tried hypoallergenic cream, shower gel, meds and so on. Pray for itchiness to be gone and sleep to be restored. Desperately need this miracle as need some sleep to work. Thanks!
