hypertension activities

Right now m having financial problems.At the same time my daughter Aavya she is 5 yrs old she is unable to speak still now and have hypertension activities. Please 🙏 for my daughter Aavya. By the blessing of Almighty God that she may able to speak

Myself Amardeep khati my daughter Aavya she is 5 yrs old she is unable to speak still now. She has been suffering from instability behaviour just like hypertension activities. I have done so many things to be cure lastly only hope is your prayer. Thankyou for ur prayer 🙏.
