hydrosalpian water accumulation

Recently I was diagnosed with Fallopian tube blockage along with hydrosalpian(water accumulation in tube due to infection). My left Fallopian tube is completely blocked and right tune is partial blocked with infections in both the tube. Please pray for me, I want to conceive naturally.
