hot area

I live in a very hot area. A pool is needed for survival. Please let nothing go wrong with pool. It finally got warm enough to swim and husband says bleach is too expensive.

No depression. Wisdom how much to be on the sun, since my period lasts although it should have stopped. I experienced heavier bleeding in the past if i was in hot area or on the sun Also how not to get red skin on the sun. I am on my summer vacations at the sea coast.
