horrible nightmares

hi I was in a rollover accident and went down a train last week and had to stay there for at least two hours cause nobody knew I was there. I’ve come home but I’m having horrible nightmares. I am a Christian. I pray every night but I need as many prayers right now as I can get

I kindly ask for prayers for a good night rest. I have horrible nightmares and attacks at night which are very distressing. I ask for the peace of God that surpasses all understanding and for Him to fight for me in Jesus name. I need His protection

My Brother is a Police Officer and he's struggling to sleep at night, having horrible nightmares which is PTSD. Please pray the Lord comfort him and heal his mind. In the name of Jesus Christ
