horrible memory

I have a horrible memory of a near death experience. It haunts me and causes me terrible anxiety. I pray that God gives me comfort and eases this memory.

Jesus my saviour lord pls help me from my current situation. I cannot even think properly because of some bad past .. please lord my saviour help me remove those horrible memory from my mind and the ones that know .. please lord pls let me live happily without those horrible past in my mind ...
