holy spirit s need

Dear Heavenly Father, please help me to focus when I read the Your words, I bound and destroy that evil spirit that distract me when I am reading God’s word in Jesus name, soft my heart and pay more attention on my Holy Spirit’s need than my body’s needs, I pray in Jesus name amen
