heavy feet

I have been sick for 4 years now, my legs are heavy, feet swollen and arm numbness. I have been to hospital but to no avail they just say everything is fine but I am unable to put on a shoe since 2020. 2. My dad is very old now he has a property he has failed to sell, a mine for so many years.
