heavy feeling

Every second is filled with a heavy feeling so I do nothing. I know it don’t help but I feel frozen in sadness & fear & confusion of losing myself….i pray to get back to the person I was a month ago….thank you in advance for your prayers i feel so very lost 😞

I wasn't thinking about coming on at this time but I recently just prayed and mid-prayer and I started hearing my left ear ringing so loud and as soon as it ended I started getting evil thoughts. I had a heavy feeling of evil presence being behind my back and I thought of things that scared me...
