health experienced dizziness

Need prayer for health. Experienced dizziness a couple times for a few seconds last couple days which is a bit weird not sure what that's about. Please pray God empowers me with his Spirit and heals me. Also need prayer for marriage. Also guidance and direction, clarity on what to do. Blessings...
