    Bless day off sun swim healing rest

    Dear God today is the first day I have actually felt well enough to leave the house in 10 days. I ask you be with me as I drive to the beach, give healing sunshine, salt and light swimming. Totally heal me from all symptoms and help me eat well, exercise and work going forward, in the name of Jesus
