ground feeling pain

Dear God I m suffering from joint pain since25 years. Without any reason. No accident nothing happened but i could not walk properly. I was bed ridden for 2years then I've healed by 50%.Now I can't walk properly . The gap between two knees just 10cm to 15cm . I can't stretch my leg towards side...
