    Enough of irritating noise

    Please pray because it is extreemely annoying this noise from my neighbours. Somebody is shouting on tv all the time. And the tv is really loud!! ANd my neighbours are also to loud. It is the time for rest and sleep in the afternoone, but they never respect it. Also good sweet refreshing...
