good stomach digestion

I have busy time most of the day and night. Not getting enough sleep and to rest. Maybe coz of this im having digestion problems. After eating meals.. it goes out.... it's happening since few days.not getting good digestion. Do pray for me please bro and sis Christ. For my good stomach...
