gasoline other noise

Healed sunburn. No feeling of burning or itchinessm No noise under my balcony. Delivery Trucks, drivers shouting etc. Engine on, loud music, smell of gasoline, other noise...please let them be quiet and shut down the engine when they stop infront of the shopp which is under my balcony.
