    Help i woke up at 1:30 AM ...

    Help i woke up at 1:30 AM and now have insomnia and cannot fall asleep again! I have a big meeting tommorow. I had caffeine earlier at lunch and dinner but never usually do that! Help me sleep and get full rest! Help!
