formal probation

I am bipolar and I am on a lot of medication and a few months ago I drove the morning after I took my medication like I always do and I received a dui but it's still I court. Please pray t gets dismissed and if it doesn't that the judge goes easy on me and doesn't sentence me to formal probation...
