I am very overweight and can't seem to get motivated to exercise. I do okay with eating healthy. But then I will mess up and eat sugar or fatty foods. My stomach is huge! I'm ashamed of what I look like. I know it can change with God's help. I know I can't do this by myself. Please pray for me.
