family setback

I want God to reveal cancer of the womb and I don't want to go for surgery again. I just want to be free from cancer totally and I want my family to come out of any kind of family setback and I need my settlement in Jesus' name, amen.

Please pray for my family, limitation in the family, setback in back,no marriage.please help us
