Please pray the false notes on my medical file are removed and S surgery take action fully against Warren,removing his license and any credibility he ever had.

Please pray I’m completely protected from my nasty and lazy GP,that she doesn’t dare to put any false notes on file. She is not honest and please pray that is seen.
