faith conflict

I am suffering from mental illness; bad abusive words come in my mind and also lustful imaginations, but I don't want to do that. I feel I have done that intentionally, but I don't want to now. This is happening, and I am afraid because I am breaking God's commandments or I am wilfully sinning...
