extreme burning feet

I’m a 66 year old male with extreme burning feet along with numb toes and numb left leg. I also get a little numbness and tingling in both hands. I have had 2 major back surgeries and 4 artificial lumbar disc’s put in 1.5 years ago. I am no longer enjoying my life at all, I really need the Lord...
