exploding noise

I lost my hearing of both the ears, right ear in 2015 and left ear in 2017, with no reason what so ever. As a result there developed a continuous bomb exploding noise in the head all the 24 hours, which is quite unbearable. Doctors say, there is no treatment and only God can help. Kindly pray...
